| 2023 Business Trends Hi there, Many small business owners are hoping 2023 will be a less stressful year, a much needed change from the unpredictable and challenging past few years. Though no one knows for sure what this year will bring, there are a few trends predicted to be big in the small business space in 2023. Here's what to look out for:  Going Digital. It's no secret that the future of business relies on modern technology. While big businesses are already investing in metaverse and AI integrations, small businesses may not have the budget to incorporate newer and riskier types of tech. For now, keep an eye on current tech trends and invest what you can into solidifying your online business presence. Video. Speaking of online presence - videos are becoming increasingly popular and essential for online audience interaction. People love watching videos and will spend more time watching a video than reading an article. If you haven't already, try incorporating video content into your website and social channels. Supply Chain Challenges. Unfortunately, experts predict continued global inflation and slow economic growth in 2023. To deal with supply challenges in your industry, be sure to involve possible shortages and logistical costs into your business plans and budgets this year. Employee Experience. Following the wave of "quiet quitting" and the great resignation, your relationship with employees is more important than ever. To hold onto valuable talent, you may need to revisit your company's policies to offer things like a flexible hybrid work structures and a positive work culture to attract and keep long-time workers.  Customer Experience. These days, customers want 24/7 customer service they can rely on. Customers are now so used to interacting with website chatbots and AI when they need support that constant customer service has become an expectation. If you haven't already, consider looking into improving your customer service experience to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction with your business. At Factor Funding, we are looking forward to what 2023 will bring the world of small business. We hope this year brings your business unprecedented growth and success!
